Thank you for shopping with Parlourist. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent returns process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloads, guides, toolkits, templates, or access to exclusive content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a 14-day "cooling-off" period as outlined under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, since the digital content is delivered immediately.
If you encounter an issue with a digital product (e.g. access problems or technical errors), please contact us at hello@parlourist.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
2. Physical Products – Returns in Line with Legislation
We accept returns for physical items in accordance with UK consumer law and your statutory rights.
You are entitled to:
A 14-day window from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return
A further 14 days after that to return the item
A full refund, including standard delivery costs, once we receive the item in its original condition
Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Please obtain proof of postage for your return
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@parlourist.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
